Can't log into my Uber Driver account.

    I'm not able to sign into my Uber Driver account. I get the following message "Your driver account has not been activated". My account was activated and then my insurance on file expired so Uber decided to deactivate my account. I've uploaded the updated insurance documents to my partner account and still cannot sign in. How long am I supposed to wait to get my Uber account working again???

    Hi Andy, welcome to the Uber Forum!! I believe you can email them at support@uber.com. There may be a more specific email for your market but that email should work!

    I can't activate my Uber Driver account. I try to switch to online but it keeps saying I can't drive in Palm Springs then immediately switches back to offline but I live in Eastvale/Corona. My location on my phone is on and Palm Springs is over an hour away. I can't even log in to UBER to get an answer. It just continuously loads. I don't know if this is a common occurance since I've only been a driver for 3 weeks and this would have been my first time driving for them.
