There are a lot of internet based ways to connect clients with service providers.

    Care.com is a perfect example.

To me it's hypocrisy to focus on only one company. UBER and LYFT, when there are many internet platforms allowing transactions to take place between clients and uninsured and licensed providers of a high risk service which would ordinarily require the service provider under existing law to be licenses and insured.
