Second chance for Uber, still a nightmare

    This is horrible. A few months ago, Uber screwed up my account so much that I left. No one would even bother to call. Mind you, i had spent $20-30,000 over the previous 12 months (UberEats included), so i can understand why it wasn't that important to listen to me or respond appropriately.
    But I gave it a second shot and opened another account.
    BIG MISTAKE
    Not only is customer support impossible to reach, but the app is awful. No matter what destination I enter, the app routes me to Condom Kindom on South Street in Philadelphia. No joke. I've updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, and prayed.
    Nothing.
    I think I'm done again, and about to become a VERY loyal Lyft customer.
    Do better at customer service. What you have now is a total slaughter of customer concerns.
