    I'm stuck on consider and onboarding. I have a felony that is 25 years old, non violent, in another state and is not even a crime in my current state that showed up on my background check. Will this prevent me from driving for Uber?

    I too am interested in what it takes to get out of Onboarding/Consider. I can even occasionally log into the app and it gives me the option to go online and drive - I haven't done so yet, but I find it very odd. Anyone here to contact?

    If anyone is having trouble on-boarding, best solution is to visit a Greenlight Hub. We have a list of all of the Greenlight Hubs in the US and can find the one closest to you! Take a look!

    You will need a drivers license, registration for your car, and proof of insurance. They will do the medical exam and the vehicle inspection there. Have you filled out the online portion?

    Stuck in onboarding. All of my documents have been “Pending review” for ages now. Please fix my account and email me at jacobgadomski25@gmail.com so I can get to driving. Created a Lyft account because I was sick of waiting... got my docs approved and driving in a matter of 2 days. Would REALLY like to drive for Uber because it’s more popular in my area. Thank you!

    Like many of the good people in this forum I too am stuck in onboarding. I recently moved cities from Savannah to Honolulu and have had my documents “active” for weeks.     Hello Uber Specialist,

    I am also in onboarding status. All documents in and marked green. Background check came back and says "consider"....found a 26 yr old Misdemeaner. I can log in to the site and see my dashboard and all but can't log in to the app and still waiting to drive. I tried finding a number that I could call but to no success. When will I at least get an email letting me know what the hold up is? I was approved to drive by the competitor in just 2.5 days with full background check as well.

    About a month ago I submitted all of my documents and they're all active. I've received no background check emails or anything, and my vehicle has no "active" icon. I have gotten no luck with contacting uber's customer support, so this forum is my last attempt. I have nothing to worry about with the background check or vehicle, so why is my account status still 'onboarding'? My email is atkachmar@gmail.com

    I registered for Uber and another service nearly a month ago and was approved by the other within about 48 hours and have been driving since...

    I've yet to hear anything from Uber and when I access the drivers app it still says "Account Pending" as far as ai can tell all of the information needed is in place and I'e been exploring the app but can't find any way to contact anyone to find out more.

    Suggestions would be appreciated.
