    Set rates no because riders need an estimate. Give partners option to give a discount to the rider

    one of the uber problems that i see is that they set such low rates in some areas ( lowest 65cents a mile) and no tip.

    they should increase the rates to higher level and have no tip. If drivers had the choice it could result in anarchy. Also in most markets there are too many categories. Uber should get back to basics so everyone can make good money

    True rideshare is where a driver sers the cost of each seat in his car. There are many Rideshare websites out there - just Google it up and open up your eyes.

    UBERX is a gypsy taxi service. An "E-hailing" app that doesn't provide the driver with a choice in the direction they are sent nor the rate in which they wish to be paid.

    They are the characteristics of Rideshare
