Are TNC drivers more like PCs or employees?

    Ask oneself this over-riding question:

As you are waking up today, can you totally, freely, say, I am going back to bed, I am not waking up as yet, until, maybe four, five, six hours later, after I have gotten my ten hours of beauty sleep, THEN and only the, I will wake up, take my time, two hour if need to, including eating a hearty and healthy meal (breakfast? Brunch? Lunch? Dinner?), the I will head out to work. Can I easily and convenient try do this, EVERY day, without ANY effect on my work/job?

    As simple as that.

Employees can't do that. Real PCs can (I have seen a lot of PCs, they are classified as PCs, they make more than $200K, but they are supposed to be somewhere, sometime, though not 100% required for any particular time and place, but they better be there, they have no freedom like that enjoyed by TNC drivers, which Uber and Lyft's legal teams have been very careful to make sure such is the case).
